7. UNCONSCIOUSNESS CHECK
1) Shout and ask "Are you OK ?" - Does the victim respond ? Response can be verbal, gestural
2) Shout and ask "Can you hear me ?" - Does the victim respond ?
3) If no response assume victim is unconscious
