WHILE THE DESIGN  AND DEVELOPMENT OF THESE MEDICAL AI PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN ONGOING FOR LAST 2 DECADES NOW ONLY THE WORLD IS READY FOR THE TRUE TELEMEDICINE WHICH IS DEPENDENT ON AT AND IN PARTICULAR EXPERT SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY. THIS TECHNOLOGY WHILE COMING UNDER THE BROADER RUBRIC OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE  IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM MACHINE LEARNING AND DEEP LEARNING WHICH TECHNOLOGY IS USUALLY ASSOCIATED WITH THE TERM ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.

This gig will produce a script for your next medical consultation. It does this by asking a series of relevant questions and then finally putting it all together and summarizing the entire scenario for your physician. This it does by using the Artificial Intelligence Technology and specifically a type of technology called Expert Systems - a type of AI mostly designed, developed and deployed by professionals. The script is highly structured : based on the symptoms input a disease is selected and its probability based on your input is calculated, diseases are arranged from highest to lowest probability, for each disease advice given comprising the triage and basic investigations or the referral or the treatment. References are given where necessary for the credibility.
Once you buy the gig you are given a username and a password which is valid for 14 days. During this period you can carry out unlimited consultations and savings of output. These outputs are meant for your physicians or other healthcare givers.

For you to run the program you need to register by saving the username and password once. With the registered username and password you may run the program as many times as you wish for a period of 14 days.

2. We do not collect personally identifiable data about you
3. Avoid collecting data which can be back traced to you
4. Saving your data is required if you need to run the program several times within 14 days of registration. In the initial registration just enter the username and password and save the data without entering any symptoms. Then you can run the programs for 14 days. In subsequent runs you may use the program without saving any data about you - not even the symptoms as advice is given and the output may shared before the saving button is clicked.

6. This is not a encyclopedia of medical diagnosis. It is very limited in its scope. It cannot diagnose everything in medicine. Although its scope is General Practice or Family Practice or primary care medicine even in this field it does not have the 100% coverage.
